Empowering Your Office Staff: Optimizing the Care of Patients with Diabetes
Diabetes Care is a growing epidemic in our nation and the world. Diabetes Team Management is uniquely suited to meet our patient’s needs as they learn to manage their disease process. This webcast describes the Diabetes Care Team. It provides support to the position that Diabetes Team Management improves the outcomes for patients suffering with diabetes.
